Meet Our Management

Group CEO

Mr. Ling joined Shanghai Reliance as General Manager in 1999 and is now the Chief Executive Officer of the group. With a career spanning more than 30 years in the industry, Mr. Ling brings extensive leadership and ample experience of facility management to the group. He has previously served as the Vice President and the Director of Professional Construction Committee of Shanghai Trade Association of City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation (STACAES) in Shanghai. As a renowned leader in the facility management industry, Mr. Ling has received many awards and recognitions for his leadership, achievements and contributions. He has also been named as one of the top ten most influential people in the cleaning industry in China.

Co-Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Quan is the Vice President of ESG. In his role, he oversees the group’s sales performance in Shanghai region and strengthening the salesforce to support the business. Joined in 2000, Mr. Quan brings more than 20 years of experience to ESG, with extensive expertise in sales management and business development. He is currently the Vice President of Shanghai Trade Association of City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation. Prior to joining ESG, Mr. Quan served as the Advisory Committee’s expert in STACAES and was the Office Manager in the Industrial Development Center of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization.

Co-Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Guo joined ESG in 2018 as the Vice President. He is responsible for managing all aspects of businesses in the integrated facility management and medical services. With over 17 years of experience in facility management and catering, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the group. He previously served as the Marketing Director in Shanghai Meihua Hospital and Regional Director in Sodexo. Mr. Guo graduated from the Shanghai Second Medical University and received a Master’s Degree in Medical Management from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Li joined ESG as the Chief Financial Officer and oversees all aspects of the group’s financial management. As an accomplished CFO, she has a corporate finance background and has more than 14 years of experience in auditing and financial management, bringing the group a wide range of experience to the role. Prior to joining the group in 2017, she served as Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Finance Manager in DHL. Ms. Li graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University, majoring in International Economics and Trade.

Group Vice President

As the Vice President of ESG, Ms. Tao oversees business operations in Shanghai region. In her role, she is responsible for ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of the group’s operations. Prior to joining the group in 1999, Ms. Tao brings a wealth of experience from a distinguished career at Shanghai Hengxin Chemical Reagent and Shanghai Chemical Reagent where she was the Deputy Director and Quality Manager respectively. She is a professional chemical engineer with over 20 years of experience in the facility management industry.

Group Vice President

Serving as ESG’s Vice President, Mr. Lee is responsible for strategy development with a key focus on driving performance and innovation. With more than 25 years of experience, he leads all aspects of ESG’s day-to-day operations and brings a depth of management and operational experience across multiple disciplines including strategic planning and development, formulation of company policies and R&D. Mr. Lee joined ESG in 2015 and held a number of senior positions at CWS and ISS. He is the founder of RoboClean and Hong Kong Facility Solutions.
